6 week program

    • In this 6 week program, we will meet 3 times.

    • Our first session is a comprehensive health history - we discuss your symptoms, what you’ve been through, and I use your symptomology to design an individualized treatment protocol

    • Our next two sessions are biweekly check-ins where we track how the protocol is working for you, make any adjustments as needed, work on habit formation, address any barriers coming up, and review one of the fundamental pillars of gut health (see below section)

    • Individualized protocol including diet, lifestyle and supplement recommendations, to ensure you are getting the proper support you need

    • Meditation/breath work practice each session

    • Individualized journal prompts

    • Other resources specific to you (i.e., meditations, podcasts, books, articles, etc.)

    • Unlimited text and accountability coaching so you can feel supported throughout this transition

  • $400 (=$100 per session)

12 week program (recommended)

    • In this 6 week program, we will meet 3 times.

    • Our first session is a comprehensive health history - we discuss your symptoms, what you’ve been through, and I use your symptomology to design an individualized treatment protocol

    • Our next two sessions are biweekly check-ins where we track how the protocol is working for you, make any adjustments as needed, work on habit formation, address any barriers coming up, and review one of the fundamental pillars of gut health (see below section)

    • Everything the 6 week program gives you but more time, consistency, and support from me

    • Individualized protocol including diet, lifestyle and supplement recommendations, to ensure you are getting the proper support you need

    • Meditation/breath work practice each session

    • Individualized journal prompts

    • Other resources specific to you (i.e., meditations, podcasts, books, articles, etc.)

    • Unlimited text and accountability coaching so you can feel supported throughout this transition

    • $600 (=$100 per session)

    • Payment plans available of $200 per month

How it works

  • This is our first session! We discuss your health history, including your symptoms, goals, and review testing options or results. Following this session, we develop an individualized treatment protocol with diet, lifestyle, and supplement recommendations.

  • How to support your detox pathways, which is especially important before taking antimicrobials or supplements intended to detox the body of bad bacteria, infections, or parasites. We discuss how to lessen the burden on your body and create a non-toxic living enviornment.

  • We deep dive on your specific gut health issues. Education = empowerment.

    We also discuss how to strengthen and repair your gut lining, correct dysbiosis (good and bad bacteria imbalance), and improve digestion

  • We take a look at the impact your gut has on mental health and brain function. And vice versa - the impact of stress on gut health. We review stress management techniques, how the stress response and adrenal glands function, and develop habits for a strong gut-brain axis.

  • Inflammation has a huge part to play in gut and skin health issues. We talk about what an anti-inflammatory diet looks like and practices you can incorporate in your lifestyle to reduce inflammation and feel better. This is key to long-term maintenance of good gut and skin health.

  • This program is designed for anyone experiencing symptoms of gut health issues including:

    • Bloating

    • Abdominal cramping

    • Gassiness

    • Constipation

    • Diarrhea

    • IBS

    • Crohn’s and/or ulcerative colitis

    • Leaky guy syndrome aka malabsorption syndrome

    • Food sensitivities/intolerances

  • You will start to notice improvements fairly quickly, however, to heal your gut fully, it depends on the severity of your gut health issue. Most therapeutic diets are meant to be followed for a minimum of 4 weeks, and for as long as 12-16 weeks.

  • Yes! We have several flexible payment plans and offer sliding scale payments for individuals in need - contact us for more information. We'd be happy to discuss further.

  • Yes! We love functional lab testing - it’s often the most efficient way to get to the root cause of an issue and takes the “guess work” out of your healing journey. During our discovery call, we will discuss testing options including GI map stool tests, food sensitivity testing, SIBO and candida testing, and more We can also make recommendations about other types of testing.
