    • Unlimited text and accountability coaching so you can feel supported throughout this transition

How it works

  • This is our first session! We discuss your health history, including your symptoms, goals, and review testing options or results. Following this session, we develop an individualized treatment protocol with diet, lifestyle, and supplement recommendations.

  • The fundamentals of the menstrual cycle, including the hormonal changes in each phase of your cycle and how to support yourself through diet, lifestyle, and exercise shifts.

  • Your adrenals are responsible for stress hormones and are foundational to overall hormone health. If your adrenals are stressed out, it has a domino effect on your sex and thyroid hormones. We discuss how these systems are interconnected and how stress management techniques can be a game changer.

  • You can't heal your hormones if you're experiencing a gut health issue. We investigate gut issues and strategies for healing.

  • How to support your detox pathways and lessen the burden on your body.

  • Blood sugar balance is key to good hormone health. We discuss nutrition fundamentals and tips for keeping blood sugar balanced (think: improved energy, reduced cravings, balanced moods.)

  • This program is designed for women experiencing hormone-related health issues, including: painful and heavy periods, estrogen dominance, polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS); mid-cycle or ovulatory pain; PMS and PMDD; spotting; missing periods (amenorrhea); low energy/energy crashes; sugar cravings; endometriosis; hormonal acne; menstrual migraines; adrenal dysfunction; and many more.

  • You’ll start noticing changes in your mind and body right away! Improved energy, better sleep, and less cravings.

    However, the process of follicle development, which is a necessary component of your cycle, is (typically) a three month process. Our programs are specifically designed with this in mind.

    We also believe that small, incremental steps are more sustainable than an “all at once” approach. Making small changes over a long period of time works better, in our experience!

  • Yes! We have several flexible payment plans and offer sliding scale payments for individuals in need - contact us for more information. We'd be happy to discuss further.

  • Yes! We love functional lab testing - it’s often the most efficient way to get to the root cause of an issue and takes the “guess work” out of your healing journey. The most comprehensive hormone test is called the DUTCH test. We can also make recommendations about other types of testing.
