Here's a list of favourite wellness related holiday gift ideas, including stocking stuffers and secret Santa ideas under $50. Happy shopping!!

Non-Toxic Beauty Products

More than ever, toxic chemicals are finding their way into our personal care products, makeup, cleaning products and candles. Here’s a few of my favourite, non-toxic alternatives:

Sauna Blanket

This is definitely a bit of a splurge, but I can guarantee that the true wellness junkie in your life has been eyeing the Higher Dose sauna blanket.

Hatch Restore Light

Believe me when I tell you that this light is a game changer for your sleep and morning routine. You can adjust to dim and/or red light in the evening to wind down, and then be woken up with gradual “sunlight” in the morning. Much better for your nervous system than a blaring alarm.

Dry Brush

The ideal at-home lymphatic drainage and relaxation tool. Combine with a chic body oil like Hermit (I love the bergamot and ylang ylang flavour) for a cute little gift set.

Cozy Socks

Nothing beats cashmere or wool socks in the winter, and these ones from Aritzia are the right price for stocking stuffers.

Seray Pajamas

I have been living in my wide leg sage pants from Seray - a female-founded, Vancouver-based sleepwear company. They’re seriously the softest and most flattering pajamas I’ve ever owned. They are the perfect gift for your girlfriend, sister, or mom. Plus, they’re made in Canada with sustainable fabric.

Bed-side Humidifier

Perfect for keeping your skin hydrated throughout the winter. This canopy one is trendy and comes in a bunch of cute colours. I like the “moonstruck” shade.

Air Purifier

This air purifier is decorated with art to blend into your space. A lot of people expressed interest recently when I posted online about air purifiers; it’s such a practical gift that we all want/need. This one that you can grow a plant in! A portable version is also available.

Bose Noise Cancelling Headphones

Perfect for your boyfriend/husband.

Dinner Party-Approved Servingware

Wellness = cooking and hosting at home, kk?

And there’s so many good options to inspire your next dinner party - I love the Fable low serving bowls in beachgrass green or dove grey (bonus points for being a Canadian company).

If you’re looking for a bit more of a splurge, Kelly Wearstler’s collection at SSENSE is v cool. Actually, anything in the “home” section at SSENSE will do.

Somedays Period Pain Kit

Another Canadian and female-founded brand, Somedays, makes period pain relief kits including flaxseed heating pads, cramp cream, raspberry leaf tea, and magnesium bath salts.

Chic AF Organic Olive Oil from Le Marke

I'm such a sucker for a cold-pressed, organic olive oil. It is such a nice gift and comes in the chicest little bottle. Plus, the company has a reusable system so you can reduce waste when you buy again. Great gift idea for your parents or in-laws.

Bala Bangles

For me, these are never going to go out of style/stop being cool. They’re the only at-home work out gear that actually looks nice in your “home gym,” and you’ll use forever. Perfect for the pilates lover on your list.

Pilates Grip Socks

Speaking of pilates, I guarantee your wife/girlfriend/sister/mom needs another pair of these. Perfect stocking stuffer.

Sleep Mask

There’s so many good options for sleep masks. I love the Portofino Contour Sleep Mask from slip, which is giving Italian summer vacation. The weighted sleep mask from Lunya is also a vibe and a bit more gender neutral.

Silk Pillow Case

Speaking of sleep, a Blissy or Slip silk pillow case is a perfect stocking stuffer for your BFF. Imagine this one with the eye mask combo… so good.

Sculpd Pottery Kit

Is there anything more relaxing than a craft night-in? These sets are such a cute gift idea for the creatives or homebody on your list!

Sensate Relaxation Device

A sensory device that uses vibrations and sound to lower stress. Perfect for someone on your list looking to relax more in 2024. Great for meditating!

Cymbiotika Vitamin C Packets

Can’t go wrong with anything from Cymbiotika. They are an amazing and reputable supplement company. I am personally using their vitamin C packets daily right now to boost my vitamin C - which is amazing for progesterone production, iron absorption, and preparing for winter cold/flu season.

Non-Toxic Cookware

This one has been on my list for a while! Toxic cookware leaches harmful chemicals into our food. Not only is non-toxic cookware better for us, but it's chic too. I've had my eye on a set from Our Place or Caraway Home

Acupressure Mat

For the true wellness junkies on your list, this is an amazing new tool they'll be excited to try out. Perfect for using before bed or  during a meditation.

Accupressure is known to:

  • relieve tension;

  • promote relaxation;

  • reduce menstrual pain;

  • alleviate chronic headaches;

  • improve mental health; and

  • boost energy levels.

Vacu-vin Wine “Saver”

This is an amazing stocking stuffer or secret Santa gift for ~$30. It's the solve for when you want to open a bottle of wine but not finish it (if this has ever happened to you…). It keeps the wine fresh for up to 10 days.

Loose leaf teas

My favourites these days are detox and restore from Living Apothecary teas, bloat tea from leaves, and balance from Soulful Sprout teas (for your luteal phase to increase progesterone and promote calmness). All three brands are Ontario-based and formulated by naturopaths/nutritionists to support your health.

Well To Do Gift Card

Is someone you know experiencing hormone or gut health related issues? Email me to send a gift card for a 1:1 hormone or gut health program (6 or 12 week available).

I hope this guide gave you some good ideas for health and wellness related gift ideas for your loved ones. After all, health is wealth!
